With tap tags, you can easily let people connect, give, volunteer, and more β€” all with just a tap.

You may have already set up your tap tags when you placed your order. But if not, you can set them up at any time (Even before your order arrives!). Just follow the steps below.

Choose your tap action

This will determine what happens when someone taps any of this batch's tap tags or scans one of their QR codes. You can instantly update this action at any time.

Quick Setup: Tap Tags > Set up > Customize Action.

  1. To choose your batch's action, go to your Tap Tags page in the left menu of your account.

  2. Click Set up beside the batch you want to edit (or click the batch's name).

  3. Scroll down to Customize Action.

  4. Choose one of the following options and follow the prompt:

    • Open your custom microsite. Link to your branded landing page that includes your most important info, all in one place. If you haven't set up your microsite yet, you can do so here!

    • Open a website. Link to your church's giving page, website, event page, or any other webpage.

    • Text a keyword. Create a new message with your number and keyword prefilled. Set up your first keyword here!

    • Open a note. Open one of your Clearstream notes, or create a new one.

    • Play a video. Link to a video in your Clearstream library or record a new one!

    • Open a Planning Center form. Link to one of your Planning Center forms.

    • Download your Church Center app. Open your church's app without having to search for it.

  5. Click Save.

If you enabled the branded iOS experience when you placed your order, you can also set up your iPhone pop-up, which will appear whenever an iOS user interacts with your tap tags. Learn more here!
