Yes! If your church uses subaccounts, you can easily move a batch of tap tags to any of your subaccounts. This is helpful if you want one of your subaccounts to manage their own tap tags, like your youth group, kids ministry, or another campus.
Quick Steps: Tap Tags > Tap Tag Batches > ⋮ icon > Transfer to subaccount
Log in to your main account, then go to the Tap Tags page in the left menu.
Scroll down to Tap Tag Batches, click the ⋮ icon next to the batch you want to move, then click Transfer to subaccount.
Select which subaccount you want to move the batch to in the dropdown, then click Transfer to Subaccount.
Things to Note
Moving a tap tag batch will move all information tied to the batch, including the action history, tap tag performance, and tap tag activity.
If you move a batch that uses the microsite action, it will be converted to a website action with the microsite URL. The same is true for other actions, like Note, Video, Church Center, and Planning Center Form.
Tap tag batches with the keyword action cannot be moved to a subaccount. You'll need to change the action before you can move the batch.
