Anywhere you want!
You can have separate groups of tap tags throughout your church, each with different actions and metrics. Just create separate "batches" for each location when you order them.
Here are a few ideas for how you can use NFC tags in different areas throughout your church:
Main auditorium (most popular): Many churches install their tap tags on the back of every (or every other) seat in their sanctuary. Set them to send visitors or regular attendees to your microsite with options to give, fill out a connect card, get info about your church, and more. You can also put tap tags on your tithe boxes that direct members to your donation page for hassle-free giving!
Youth room: Stick them on your youth door or on the youth space's seatbacks. Link to your youth ministry's Instagram or TikTok page β or let them join your youth texting list, so they can stay in the loop about all your lit events π₯. The youths still say 'lit,' right?
Lobby or welcome desk: Set them on your welcome desk, greeter's table, or coffee bar. Let people get more info about your church or upcoming events, join connect groups, or sign up to volunteer. Perfect for registering for special holiday events, VBS, or youth camps!
Kids check-in desk: Use tap tags in your kids' area, welcome desk, or beside your check-in stations, so parents can check in their child right from their phones!
Do your ministries share a space? No problem! Update your tap tags' action each week depending on who's using the space, so you can communicate with all your people, whatever their age group.
