You can easily set your tap tags' actions to update automatically.
For example, you can link to your visitor form at 10:05 am on a Sunday morning, then to your giving page at 10:15. Schedule your tags to change to your youth group's microsite before Wednesday night service, then revert back to your church's main microsite after service is over. The possibilities are endless!
Learn how to schedule tap tag actions below.
Go to the Tap Tags page in the left menu of your account.
Click your batch's name (or click the ⋮ icon, then View batch).
Scroll down to Scheduled Actions and click Schedule Action.
Choose the date and time you'd like your tap tag action to update.
Select if you want the change to repeat weekly.
Choose what action you'd like to schedule. Learn more about the available actions here!
Click Create Scheduled Action. That's it!
View and edit your tap tags' scheduled action
You can make changes to your scheduled actions at any time.
While viewing your batch, scroll down to Scheduled Actions. Here, you can see a full list of your currently scheduled actions and make any changes.
To edit your scheduled action, click the ⋮ icon beside the action, then click Edit.
Make changes to your scheduled action, then click Update Scheduled Action.
That's it! Your new action will replace the previously scheduled action.
