If your church uses tap tags and subaccounts, you can easily move a batch of tap tags from one of your subaccounts to your main account. From there, you can keep them in your main account or transfer them to a different subaccount.
This is helpful if you want to move your tap tags to a new location in your church or want a different ministry to use them.
Quick Steps: Tap Tags > Tap Tag Batches > ⋮ icon > Transfer to main account
In your subaccount, go to the Tap Tags page in the left menu.
Scroll down to Tap Tag Batches, click the ⋮ icon next to the batch you want to move, then click Transfer to main account.
In the pop-up, click Transfer to Main Account. That's it!
Things to Note
Moving a batch of tap tags will move all the information tied to the batch, including the action history, tap tag performance, and tap tag activity.
If you transfer a batch that uses the microsite action, it will be converted to a website action with the microsite URL. This is also true for the following actions: Note, Video, Church Center, and Planning Center Form.
Tap tag batches with the keyword action cannot be transferred to your main account. You'll need to change the action to something else before you can move the batch.
