A microsite is a custom landing page for your church that includes your contact info, social media links, and a menu of options for your people to choose from.
Your microsite is branded to your church's logo and colors (Just upload your logo to our design wizard to get started!). It works in tandem with NFC tap tags, QR codes, or as a stand-alone website you can share via text, or in your social media bios.
Most churches add options for new visitors, giving, volunteering, connect groups, and events. Your microsite keeps all your most important information in one place, where your people can easily get to it.
Menu Items
Website: Open your church's website, giving site, event page, or other URL.
Note: View one of your Clearstream notes. This is great for sharing weekly announcements, bulletins, sermon notes, or other long-form content.
File: Opens any file you upload to Clearstream, whether it's volunteer info, a welcome packet, or anything in between!
Video: Record a welcome message for new visitors with what to expect in your service, an instructional walkthrough for volunteers, or a weekly devotional from your pastor or prayer team.
Keyword: Automatically create a text message to your Clearstream number prefilled with one of your keywords. This allows visitors to easily join a workflow and sign up for your text alerts without having to manually type in your church's number.
Planning Center form: Send people to your form for new visitors, potential volunteers, or event registrations.
Church Center app: Let people easily download your Church Center app through our integration with Planning Center — right from your microsite.
Creating your microsite
Quick Setup: Log in > Settings > Microsite > Get Started!
Log in to your main account, go to Settings, and click Microsites.
Click Get Started! to open our design wizard.
Add your church's name, a short bio, and upload your logo.
Choose your starting design for your microsite. Note: You can change the design later.
Choose your font.
That's it!
From here, you'll add your menu options and customize your church's header.

Things to Know
If your church has subaccounts, your microsite will be tied to your parent/main account. You'll need to log in there to make changes.
You can easily reorder your menu items by dragging and dropping them, or delete them by clicking the trash can icon.
You can edit your microsite at any time by going to Settings > Microsite.
