When someone texts in with your Keyword, you can automatically create a new profile in your Church Community Builder account and optionally add them to a CCB Process Queue.
Steps:
Create a new Keyword or select one of your already existing Keywords.
Add the Push to Church Community Builder step. If you haven't yet set up your Church Community Builder Integration just click "connect to Church Community Builder" to integrate.
*Church Community Builder requires a first and last name in order to create a profile. When you add this step we'll automatically add the Collect Name and Email step to your workflow if it hasn't already been created.
If you want to add your subscribers to one of your CCB Process Queues check the Add to Process Queue box and select the group(s) you want them to be added to.
Click 'Create' or 'Update Keyword'.
Now that you've set up your Keyword, everyone who texts in and fills out the form will be created as a new profile in your Church Community Builder account.
If the phone number already has a corresponding profile in CCB we won't create a new one. This will help prevent duplicates from being created in your Church Community Builder account.
