If you haven't set up your Church Community Builder Integration, head here first.

By default, Clearstream will only sync Church Community Builder Profiles that are Active. If you need to sync both Active and Inactive Profiles from CCB, you can adjust your Sync Settings.

To enable this feature, go to your CCB Integration page and find Sync Settings.

From here, use the dropdown to select Active and Inactive Profiles. Your changes will be automatically saved. Click Run Sync Now to re-sync your groups and pull in any Inactive Profiles.

Note: Syncing inactive profiles may result in deceased profiles being synced
