Yes! You can add a Send Email Notification step at any point in your keyword or automated workflow. When someone reaches a specific step (i.e., first texts your keyword or fills out your digital connect card), you can set it to send an email to one or multiple people on your team.
Perfect for remembering to connect with visitors, follow up with new volunteers, or reach out to someone who signed up for baptism!
Quick Steps: Keywords > ⋮ icon > Edit > + button > Send Email Notification
Go to the Keywords page in the left menu.
Click the ⋮ icon beside your keyword, then click Edit.
Click the + button on the timeline where you want to send the email notification.
In the Notifications tab, click Send Email Notification.
Select the user(s) you want to notify from the dropdown. To deselect someone, just click their name again.
If you'd like, enter a note to be sent with the email.
Scroll down to the bottom of your workflow, and click Update Keyword.
