When someone texts in with your Keyword, you can automatically create a new profile in your Rock account and optionally add them to a Rock Group.
Steps:
Create a new Keyword or select one of your already existing Keywords.
Add the Push to Rock step. If you haven't yet set up your Rock RMS Integration just click "connect to Rock" to integrate.
*Rock requires a first and last name in order to create a profile. When you add this step we'll automatically add the Collect Name and Email step to your workflow if it hasn't already been created.If you want to add your subscribers to one of your Rock Groups or Communication lists check the Add to Group(s) checkbox and select the group(s) you want them to be added to.
Click 'Create' or 'Update Keyword'.
Now that you've set up your Keyword, everyone who texts in and fills out the form will be created as a new Person in your Rock account. If the phone number already has a corresponding Profile in Rock we won't create a new one. This will help prevent duplicates from being created in your Rock RMS account. 👍
