There are two types of communication you can send in Clearstream: SMS (text) and email. This article will walk through how to send an email and what you can do.
Quick steps: Messages > Create Message > choose Email.
Subject. Enter your subject line. This is the first piece of text people will see in their Inbox when they receive your email.
Email Body. First, click customize to optionally set your default colors, font, church logo, and adjust your header and footer.
Next, type your message. The email editor allows a lot of freedom to create custom emails. You can upload images, add buttons, dividers, columns, use custom HTML, etc.
Sender. By default, your message will send from the email associated with your Clearstream account. You can easily change that by clicking the dropdown and choosing custom.
Sending. To send your email right away, click preview > send now. To schedule your email, click send later.
Replies. All replies will go to the Sender of the email.
