There are two types of communication you can send in Clearstream: texts (SMS) and email.
Quick Setup: Messages > Create Message > Email.
Steps
Write the subject line. This is the first piece of text people will see in their inbox when they receive your email.
Next, type your message. The email editor gives you a lot of freedom to create custom emails. You can upload images, add buttons, links, dividers, columns, use custom HTML, etc.
You can also click Customize to set your default colors, font, and church logo, and adjust your header and footer.
Add your recipients. You can choose from your existing subscriber lists, including lists synced from your church management software, or you can import a new list. Or, if you're only sending your email to a few people, search and select each person’s name or email address.
Choose your sender. By default, your message will send from the email associated with your Clearstream account. All replies to your email will go to this email address.
You can easily change the sending email address by clicking the dropdown and choosing Custom.
To send your email right away, click Preview Message > Send Now. To schedule your email, click Send later.
