When creating a keyword on a 10-digit number, or a dedicated short code, you can add aliases. When a person texts in with your keyword, or with an alias you've added to that keyword, your workflow messages will still trigger. This is really helpful for making sure people still enter your workflow, even if they mistype your Keyword.
Select keywords from the left menu.
Click create keyword. Or if you want to add an alias to an existing keyword, select the 3 dot icon to the far right of your existing keyword > click edit > continue to step 3.
Scroll to the bottom until you see Additional Settings > Aliases > click Add.
