Automatically retrieve profile data from Church Community Builder (CCB)

Sync the existing profile data you have in CCB.

If you haven't set up your Church Community Builder/Pushpay integration, head here first.

When someone texts your account for the first time, you probably won't know who they are. But if you're using Church Community Builder, Clearstream can automatically search your account for a matching profile.

Clearstream will look for a matching profile based on the phone number. If a match is found, we'll sync their name and email into Clearstream almost instantly.

To enable this feature, go to your CCB Integration page and check the box to Retrieve profile data from CCB when someone texts in.

This allows you to automatically fill in subscribers' name and email fields without asking people to submit them, so long as they already exist in CCB, of course.

You can also create a keyword workflow and choose to send a Collect Name & Email Form only to people who don't have a CCB profile using branches. And, if you're using the Push to CCB step in a workflow, this eliminates the possibility of creating duplicate profiles.
