Lists: Where your contacts are stored in your account. Each account (and subaccount) can have an unlimited number of contact lists, and you can add subscribers to lists through:

Subaccounts: Separate accounts that are under your primary Clearstream account. This is useful if you only want one plan/bill but have several ministries (youth, prayer, women's and men's groups) that would like to text their people regularly or multiple campuses that need their own accounts.

  • Each subaccount has its own lists, subscribers, keywords, inbox, users, long code, and integrations.

  • Each monthly plan comes with a set number of subaccounts. You can add subaccounts to any plan for $20/mo per subaccount.
