To enable email capture via text message, go to  Settings > General. At the very bottom, toggle “Collect Email Address” to ON. When a valid email address is found in any incoming message from a Subscriber, it will be tied to that Subscriber info. This is helpful if you're asking people to reply with their email rather than filling out a digital form.
