The Message Activity table lets you see information about your text message, like who received your message, who opted out, and how many people clicked your link. You can also see information about your email, like who opened it and/or clicked a link.

To view this table, click on the Messages tab from the left menu > Select your sent text or email > Scroll down to Message Activity.

When viewing a sent text, you're able to quickly see if you had any messages fail to send. If your message failed to send to anyone, you can hover over the i icon beside the Failed status to see why.

If someone opts out of your account after receiving your text, you can see how they opted out and when.

To see how many people clicked the link in your text, scroll down to the Short Link Tracking table.

You can also see if your email failed to deliver and if anyone unsubscribed. You'll also see who opened your email, who clicked a link, and which link(s) they clicked.

To see which links someone clicked, hover over the i icon beside the person's Clicked event.

You can also filter your Message Activity table to export a subset of people, add them to a list, or send a message.

For example, if you'd like to send a follow-up message to anyone who didn't open your email, just choose Didn't Open from Filter by event > Actions > Send message.
