When using the Push to Church Community Builder and Collect Name & Email steps in a workflow, it's possible that you will ask people for information you already have about them or create duplicate profiles in CCB. This video shares best practices for virtually eliminating duplicate profiles.
Summary
To only send a form to people who do not have a profile in CCB, follow these steps.
Ensure the Retrieve profile data from CCB checkbox is checked on the Integrations > CCB page.
At the bottom of your workflow add a new "Missing Name & Email" branch.
Within the branch, add a Push to CCB step. This will also add a Collect Name & Email step.
