How do credits work?

A text's length and the number of people it's going out to determines how many credits it will use. In general, one message sent to one person costs 1 credit. But incoming messages from your people and incoming/outgoing emails are free. For example,

  • You send a message to 200 people = 200 credits

  • 10 people reply to your message with questions = 0 credits

  • You respond to all 10 questions = 10 credits

  • You email 100 people = 0 credits

If your message is longer than 160 standard characters (letters, numbers, spaces, and punctuation), your message will cost 2 credits per person. If your message contains a picture, it will cost 3 credits per person, regardless of how many characters you use.

Check out the complete credit usage breakdown below πŸ‘‡

You can see how many credits your message will use in the Create Message window, in the bottom-right corner under the text box.

Here, you can also see how many characters your message is and how many characters it can be before it uses another credit.
