Polls do not cost additional credits, but additional credits might be needed depending on the length of your poll. The length of the text message determines the amount of credits used for each recipient. There are two ways to send a poll: #1. Send in a mass text. #2. Trigger as an automated-response when someone texts a Keyword.

​When sent in a mass text, a poll will use 1 or more credits per recipient depending on the length of your message. Check the character count of your message to determine the number of credits that will be used (keep in mind the poll question and options are included in this character count).


​When a poll is triggered by a keyword, a poll will use one or more credits per recipient depending on the length of your poll question and options. When creating or editing your poll, the character counter below your poll question reflects the length of your poll's question and options.


​Something to note: when someone responds in your poll, you are not charged any credits for the "Thanks for voting" auto-response.
