Are some of your numbers in your PCO List not syncing with Clearstream? No worries. It's common to lose a few numbers when you're either syncing Planning Center Lists, or imported as an Excel file.
Common reasons some numbers aren't syncing/importing:
- Not a valid mobile number - landline number
- It's a duplicate - same number more than once in the List, or import file
- The number has previously opted-out
- The mobile number has shortcode texting blocked with their wireless carrier. This is not common, but can happen occasionally. In this case, the subscriber needs to call their carrier and enable shortcode messaging on their wireless plan.
