When automatically retrieving profile data from Church Community Builder, Clearstream looks for profiles with a mobile phone number matching that of the new subscriber.
It's possible that the same phone number is associated with multiple CCB People profiles. When this happens, Clearstream uses a set of rules to prioritize which profile is matched. The first of the following to return a result is selected.
A Person listed as the Primary Contact for a family
A Person listed as a Spouse
A Person with the family position of Other
A Person listed as a Child
The most recently updated Person
*Please note that Clearstream only checks the Mobile phone field for a match. The Work and Home phone fields are ignored.
