Note: You cannot disable the message header when using a shared short code.

If you're using the Clearstream Rock Plugin to send texts in Rock, you can disable the message header in your Rock settings.

Within Rock, visit Admin Tools > Communications > Communication Transports and click on Clearstream.

By default, the Plugin will use the Account's Default Header. Under Message Header Settings select Disabled to disable the message header. You can also set a custom header if you prefer.
