Yes! You can use emojis when sending a text from the Messages page, responding in the Inbox, or within a Workflow.

Anywhere you see the smiley face icon, just click to Insert an emoji. You can use as many emojis as you'd like.


When using emojis, the character count changes to require more message credits at a lower number of characters. Learn more about how message credits work here.
