If you have a main church line (e.g. landline, office phone, etc.) you'd like to use for sending and and receiving texts, Clearstream can host the texting (SMS) side of your existing number.
Your existing phone line keeps receiving calls, but all incoming texts go to your Clearstream inbox, where you can view each message and reply. SMS hosting is available for most local, toll-free, and VoIP numbers at no additional cost.
Google Voice numbers and a few others are not eligible for SMS hosting. If you want to submit an SMS hosting request, simply reach out to our team through the chat or email ([email protected]).
You can also port your number into Clearstream. This is different than SMS hosting, as both text and voice (phone calls) would be completely transferred from your current carrier over to Clearstream.
