How do I schedule a message?

Learn how to create a scheduled message

You can create and schedule your messages hours, days, weeks, and months in advance โ€” no need to set reminders. Create your message while it's on your mind.

  1. Go to the Messages page in the left menu.

  2. Click Create Message.

  3. Enter your message and choose your recipients. Then, under Schedule, click Send later.

  4. Select the date and time you want your message to be sent, then click Set Date & Time.

  5. Click Schedule Message. That's it!

View an upcoming scheduled message

  1. On the Messages page (left menu), scroll down to Upcoming Messages.

  2. Click on the name of your scheduled message.

  3. Here, you can see your Message Details, a timeline of sends, message activity, and track link clicks in your message.

    Once your message is sent, you can find it on the Messages page under Sent Messages.

To edit, duplicate, or delete your message, select the โ‹ฎ icon at the top right corner of the page. Or, follow the directions here.

Things to know

  • If you're scheduling a message that's going out to a list, it will send to everyone in the list at the time of sending. For example, if you schedule out a message to your list of 150 people, but before the message sends, you have 10 new people join your list, the message will send to all 160 people.

  • Once you've scheduled a message, you can update or delete it at any time.
