Manually adding Subscribers is designed for the purpose of testing and adding members of your team into Clearstream. We limit this to 10 to help us monitor what types of messages are going through our short codes.
If you need to add more than just a few numbers you'll want to submit an import request. We manually review each import to help prevent spam. When importing, your file will need to formatted as follows:
Whether using Excel, Numbers, or another spreadsheet app you'll need to save the file as a CSV.
The first row must be a header row with columns named: phone(required), first, last, and email.
If your church uses Planning Center you can simply sync your People Lists into Clearstream.
