If you have a subaccount that needs extra credits, you can easily transfer credits from your main account to your subaccount. Here's how to do it!
Note: Only account owners and admins in the main account can transfer credits.
Short Version: Settings > Subaccounts > Choose your subaccount > Update the Current Credit Balance
In your main account, go to Settings in the left menu, then Subaccounts.
Click on the subaccount you want to add more credits to.
Change the Current Credit Balance to the amount you want. For example, if the current balance is 250 credits and you want to add 500 more, you'd enter 750.
If you want to change how many credits the subaccount gets each month, you can also update the Monthly Credit Allotment as well.
Click Update Subaccount to save your changes.
That's it!
If your subaccount's credit balance is set to Unlimited, you'll need to purchase more credits in your main account or upgrade your monthly plan in order to get more credits.
