How do I change my message header?

You can update your default message header from your Settings > General. You can also change your header for individual messages, which can be helpful if you're using one account for multiple ministries.

To change your message header, just click Edit Header when creating a new message.


If you're creating a workflow to send a series of automated messages, you can change your message header at the bottom of the page under Additional Settings.​

Most of the time, your default header should be your church's name, or if you're using subaccounts, it may be your department's name (i.e. Anchored Youth).

We recommend including your church's name in every message to help people know who's sending the texts. This can help reduce spam complaints and keep your number compliant with carrier regulations.
