Yes. You can create and save email templates, and there are a couple of ways to do that:
Settings - Head to settings from the left > Email > scroll down to Create Template.

This is the easiest way to create and manage templates for you and your team to access at a later time.
βMessages Page - When you're creating an email from the messages page, you can easily save your work as a template.

Things to note:
Templates can be edited, duplicated, and deleted from your Email settings page (settings > email).
βTemplates are not user-specific. If you create a template, all users on that account are able to use and edit it.
