If you’re connecting Clearstream to a private Slack channel, you will need to invite the Clearstream app to that channel.

Once you've authorized Clearstream to connect to Slack open Slack; navigate to the channel you would like to connect; type /invite @clearstream and hit enter. The channel will now show up in the Select Channel dropdown.
