How to send a note in a text message

Save on credits when sending a longer text or image

Written by Abbey Senesi

Create and send a note as part of your text. It's a great way to share images, PDFs, and longer messages — without using more credits!

Think of a note like a Google Doc or Google Drive link: you can create documents, design newsletters, and even upload PDFs and images to send via text. Perfect for sending photos or longer messages without using up your credits!

Quick Steps: Messages > Create Message > + button > Note > Insert

  1. From the dashboard or Messages page, select Create Message > Click the + icon > Note.

  2. Next, select a note you created or create a new one. You can add text, images, links, and even upload a file. Then, click Insert.

  3. Click Send. That's it!

How to see how many people clicked on your note

Once you've sent your note via text, you can see how many people clicked on the link in your message.

Quick Steps: Messages > Click on your message > Short Link Tracking

  1. To see how many subscribers clicked on your note in your recently sent message, click on your message on the Messages page.

  2. Then, scroll down to Short Link Tracking. Here, you can see how many subscribers clicked on the link to your note in that specific message.

You can see your note's all-time views in your Settings. Click here to learn more!
