If you enabled the Voice Add-On, you can see a full call history at the bottom of the Voice page. You can also view voice messages directly in the inbox!
Quick Steps: Settings > Voice > Call Log
Go to your Settings, then click Voice.
On the Voice page, scroll down to the Call Log. Here, you can listen to subscriber messages by clicking on the play button beside each call.
You can also click the ⋮ icon to see more options: view the voicemail and transcription in the inbox, edit the subscriber's information, or block the number.
Any voicemails will also be visible in your inbox in the subscriber's conversation thread. Here, you can listen to the voicemail, read the transcription, and easily reply via text.
