Yes! Your Clearstream number is used for texting, but if someone calls the number, you can forward those calls to your personal number or send them to voicemail.
The Voice Add-On is only $10/month and that covers every number in your Clearstream account (including all your subaccounts!). You can enable it by going to Settings > Voice in your main account. More on that here!
