Where can I view my microsite's metrics?

You can track views and clicks for your microsite's individual menu items. See all-time engagement, track interactions over time, or monitor engagement for a specific menu item.

Easily view the analytics for your account's (or subaccount's) microsite in your Microsite Settings.

Viewing your microsite analytics

  1. Go to Settings, then click Microsite under Resources.

  2. Beside each menu item, you can quickly see how many total clicks each menu item has received.

  3. To see more in-depth metrics for a specific menu item, click the graph icon.

    Here, you can see a graph of how many views and clicks your item has received over a specific period of time (one day, week, or month; six months; or one year).

    You can also choose a specific date range by clicking on the date in the top-right corner, then selecting your preferred date or dates.

  4. You can also see all-time metrics for your menu items, including:
    ​
    ​Views: The total number of times a menu item has been viewed.

    Clicks: The total number of times the button has been clicked.

    Click Rate: The percentage of views that led to a click. In other words, the percentage of people who viewed your microsite item and clicked on it.
