Auto-response message headers are controlled either globally (account-wide) or per message (a specific header for each Keyword/message blast, etc). Your global message header is directly pulled from your Organization name, which can be found and changed under your Account Settings.
Change your message header:
- Change globally by changing your Business Name under Account Settings.
- Change per message by clicking “Change header” while creating a new message or Keyword/Website Form auto-response message.
