In order to import contacts into Clearstream you must have written or verbal consent to text them. An example would be a paper or electronic form, where they consent to receive texts from your church.

Due to texting laws, each list that is submitted for import is manually approved by our team. Imports are typically approved within 30 minutes during normal business hours. If your account has had minimal activity we may require verification of your account through a website, social media page, or phone call before approving your import request.
